Order & Workflow
Our Design Procedures
Step 1: Confirm Order : Call us or email us to make an order or if there is other web inquiry.
Step 2: Make Payment : Invoice issued and Full payment required for Web Design Package.
Step 3: Confirm Design : Select a template or custom design upon payment received. Fill up a form about color theme, your web objectives, your likes/dislikes, special requirement etc.
Step 4: Prepare Material : Material Check List 1. Company Logo in soft copy 2. Web Content for all pages, including text and images 3. Domain name details (company name selection .com) 4. Email usernames
Step 5: Domain and web setup : (Day 1 of web design process) Register a domain name, setup the hosting, building web site, Content management.
Step 6: First Proof Delivery : We design and deliver 2 pages for 1st time preview. You can comment or make changes on the design and layout. Within 2 working days from the day you received the preview.
Step 7: Second Proof Delivery : Changes required on any errors or contents are done correctly and proceed to complete.
Tips to final checking your website:
• Send some test emails to make sure your email is working properly.
• Verify the enquiry form sends emails to the correct address that you are receiving them.
• Check all pages display, arrangement and layout, make sure all are correct.
• Check your contact details carefully, especially telephone number, emails and address.
• Check for typos and spelling mistakes. Within 2 working days.
Step 8: Officially go Live : Live your website on world wide web upon final green light.
