state the ‘myweb’ name /
for paid domain name,you can choose your web address for myweb.com/.net/.org
etc and RM35/USD10 will be applied yearly)

4) WEBSPACE :
(for free webspace/hosting,fill ‘free’ in the field -your page may
be interrupted by small advertisement /for payed hosting,we will guide you to
choose the cheapest web hosting-fill in ‘pay’ / if you already have
the space,just tell us the hosting username and password for us to upload your
website)

5) WEB NAME:
(Your preferred name for your website,ie ‘my site’)

6) CONCEPT:
(Your web design concept.ie smooth,standard,simple,futuristic,commercial,peace,etc-please
explain your demand)

7) COLOUR COMBINATION:
(I.e. blue+orange+white or color code 3366ff+ff9900+ffffff)

8) TEMPLATE CHOSEN:
(you can upload your own design or you can show us some web sample from the
internet and we will make your website by referring to the sample chosen)

9) WEB PURPOSE:
(I.e. business, education, promotion, personal, team etc)

10) CONTENT:
(We recommend that you use microsoft word or any other software to lay out your
idea with the full content of your website. Make it as a text and image presentation
for us to handle the document and design your website according to your content)

ADD ON DETAILS

1) FORM FIELD:
(state the information that you want to have in your website’s form for
your website visitor,ie for your order page, you want to have ‘name’,’detail’,’address’
etc)

2) FORM TO EMAIL:
(you want the form to submit where?,ie your email ‘mymail@yahoo.com’)

3) DATA MANAGEMENT:
(You must prepare all the data for your website before we start to build your
website.state where is your content url or you want to email to us all the content
such as graphic,banner,text etc)

4) WEB SYSTEM:
(please state your system definition and demand on your web system or application-
ie I want to have a register system where visitor can register their details
to me and I can give them something….etc)
